Accounting Team
Access your data file anywhere, anytime. If you find yourself in a very remote production, your file can be downloaded for local use and archived locally along with the digital filing system.
Moneypenny has servers in all regions to ensure quality access, speed and support. Access a live overview of all data at all stages of creation or submission. The online purchase orders, and similarly contracting, generated in the web portal by individuals are visible to accountants at every stage of the approval process.
You can use our platform to manage Payroll yourself, or engage our experienced payroll team do the processing. We process all wages in the production data file, all records are available and visible as they are processed. You have total control.
Production Team
From Producer to production assistant, the customisable permission functionality allows the production team to perform all of the tasks that need. Production team members can find their way into the accounts system via the secure web portal, communicating as they need with their managers, the accounts team and the crew without leaving their computer, tablet or mobile or even picking up the phone.
Purchase orders are generated and approved in the portal, invoices find their way around the approval chain in the same manner and to the degree required by HQ or management. There is a two-way flow of information between the accounts system and the web portal depending on where the information is first generated or processed.
Onboarding of crew with all the demands of COVID documentation and screen agency questions to meet their target reporting can be easily set up and managed with a full set of down loadable documents and a full cast and crew list at the end of the production for audit and delivery. All information in one place for all time.
Crew
Crew member’s can sign contracts, access payslips or read production information from their phone or tablet. If they are making commitments on behalf of the production they will have a digital purchase order book, have access to supplier list and view the invoices for approval.
The secure web portal is the Moneypenny two way communication tool to ensure that everyone can communicate and transfer documents securely. Upload invoices and petty cash. Call sheet, script, schedule and other production document distribution is on our drawing board.
